About Your Event Host, Cristin
Cristin Downs is a self-declared possibilitarian. Also an executive coach, a theatrical thinker, a producer, and a lot of formers — stage manager, production manager, operations manager, general manager, director, continuing/adult/corporate education professional (a multi career pivoter)— who has worked more than 40+ jobs and led more teams in 2 decades than most people will in their entire lives.
Cristin's been helping people change careers for over a decade, and she's walked over 100 people through this system leading to new careers since March 2021. In 2022, Cristin's clients made $1.6 million more than their investment in working with her, and she's aiming for $3 million more this year.
